Responsorial Psalm

Alleluia

Gospel

On this 4th day of the Season of Creation, will I grieve that ending abortion has no hope to the point that I forget that the Lord is coming to judge the earth, and so join with Bishop Zurek and Frank Pavone in their mandated Respect Life Masses, Banquets ,Walks and Marches while ignoring the Spirit by not crying out about how MAGA itself sacrifices innocents under the guise of abortion bans; and thus in the midst of my self-righteousness, Jesus passes and goes away❓

From September 1 – October 4, the Christian family unites worldwide in prayer and action for creation during the Season of Creation. The 2023 theme is “Let Justice and Peace Flow.”

“in this Season of Creation, as followers of Christ on our shared synodal journey, we may live, work, and pray so that our common home will teem with life once again.”

Pope Francis
Pope Francis: Second Laudato si’ to be published on 4 October

Laudato si, paragraph 117
