Today’s Office First Reading From Ezekial
Should I neglect the straying and lost, the strong one will also take delight in straying and in being lost.
Today’s Office Second Reading From St Augustine’s sermon On Pastors
In the fourth year and 28th day since Bishop Zurek proclaimed that the “few” were not among the faithful and loyal disciples at St. Mary’s Cathedral that the Lord Jesus desires…

…during the 39th day of waiting for Pope Francis to accept Bishop Zurek ‘s resignation…
…and on this 25th day of the Season of Creation, I’m asking…
Reading 1
…who and where are those that have survived the, “infamous accusations against”, Bishop Zurek, Msgr. Colwell and Father Roy, that were made by me and ‘a few’; so that I, on behalf of the ‘few’, can assist them…
Responsorial Psalm
…for isn’t it time, now at Bishop Zurek’s impending departure, for the LORD to restore the fortunes of those who experienced that awful bashing against
Msgr. Colwell and Fr. Roy manifested by me and the “few”; and as Bishop Zurek proclaimed in his pastoral letter, “A Reflection on Christian Life“,…

They are not seeking wealth or fame and certainly not power or control. They became priests to serve you and help you to grow spiritually. They are here to satiate your hunger and to quench your thirst”…
…so, let me sing of the marvels Bishop Zurek has done in writing, “A Reflection on Christian Life”, for although Msgr. Colwell and Fr. Roy were sent forth weeping by me and the “few”, His Excellency will bring them back rejoicing to satiate my hunger and quench my thirst…

Alleluia
Gospel
…but if for some reason Msgr. Colwell and Fr. Roy’s light is not available at this time to shine so that I may see their good deeds and glorify Bishop Zurek, could that be a sign that the “few” had a secret that is now becoming known and coming to light❓

“in this Season of Creation, as followers of Christ on our shared synodal journey, we may live, work, and pray so that our common home will teem with life once again.”
Pope Francis

When we fail to acknowledge as part of reality the worth of a poor person, a human embryo, a person with disabilities – to offer just a few examples – it becomes difficult to hear the cry of nature itself; everything is connected.
