Is Bishop Zurek being “TESTY” because he is about to drink from the cup of his resignation and turn St. Mary’s Cathedral over to another pastor ⁉️
Is the, “Mary had a little Lamb”, post on the Amarillo Diocesan news website going to finish with the verse, “And everywhere the news was out that Zurek was sure to go”; accordingly, can I say that I think of Bishop Zurek as Christ’s servant who, when I cursed him, he answered with a blessing; when I hounded, he put up with it; I insulted and he answered politely; subsequently, at this time of his resignation, he may want to, “talk of sharing honours and rewards with” him, “but I must talk of struggle and toil” of resurrecting St. Mary’s Cathedral after his pastorship;…

… therefore, when Bishop Zurek drinks from the cup of resignation, will I be among those who, without knowing what they are asking for, will be seeking to sit on the next bishop’s right or left; or will I be among those who serve and give my life as a ransom for many ❓
