As a lay person”, will I, “have the ears to hear“, in order to “shine like the sun in the kingdom of (my) Father“, at Pope Francis’s side by taking part in the process of the Second Session of the 16th Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops (October 2024); or will I, “be gathered up and burnt in the fire” of Bishop Zurek’s clericalism by believing he, “has a much fuller picture of what is actually happening at St. Mary’s Cathedral ❓

We lose the capacity to realize “I, as a lay person, do not always have all the knowledge”; while it is quite probable that the deacon, priest or bishop has a much fuller picture of what is actually happening.
