“Baptism in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit gives rise to the mystical, dynamic and communitarian identity of the People of God.; however, at St. Mary’s Cathedral, hasn’t Bishop Zurek’s clericalism, “given up“, the Sacrament of Reconciliation so that we can, concentrate, “exclusively on (our) own activities and (our) organizational needs”❓ ” Nevertheless, “I said in my heart, God will judge the righteous and the wicked, for he has appointed a time for every matter, and for every work.“, such as going to ballgames and hearing confessions, but if it is such a good thing that we totally give up confessions for a ballgame, then why was that “Good News” announced in the bulletin or by way of Flocknote❓ Why can’t we be oriented, “to the fullness of life in which the Lord Jesus precedes us“, and show that, “(We) love because (we) love, (we) love that (we) may love.“, by leaving behind in the confessional a priest that can be shown, “Reverence” for carrying out, “the mission of inviting every man and woman to accept the gift of salvation in freedom (cf. Mt 28:18-19).” found in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and by sending out a priest on mission to Hodgetown who can be revered for throwing the first pitch at a ballgame❓ In doing this will we not be remembering that, “In Baptism, Jesus clothes us with Himself and shares His identity and mission with us (cf. Gal 3:27).“
