Wednesday of the Twenty-seventh Week in Ordinary Time

By recently announcing “that the Diocese of Amarillo is in full compliance with the U.S. Catholic Conference of Bishops (USCCB) Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People“, isn’t Bishop Zurek “praying” that we in the Diocese of Amarillo will not care about dealing with his gross non-compliance “in a certain place” from where he built a new bishop’s residence for our next bishop by “exercising authority on which the” great amount of “abuse” in our diocese, past and present, is “grafted”;…

…therefore, should I not ask the Lord to teach me to pray so that our new bishop, “Just Says No” to living in the house built by Bishop Zurek’s non-compliance❓

From Luke 11:1-4

XVI ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY

OF THE SYNOD OF BISHOPS
How to be a missionary synodal Church
Instrumentum laboris
Part I – Relations
Between the Churches and in the world: the concreteness of communion
47.

In particular, a synodal Church is invited to approach the reality of human mobility from the perspective of the exchange of gifts“; however, in the Diocese of Amarillo hasn’t Bishop Zurek created a reality in which all humans are mobilized to the place of his perspective and from where all gifts can be directed to him; consequently, by praying in compliance with Bishop Zurek’s ” forms of exercising authority on which the different types of abuse (power, economic, conscience, sexual) are grafted, have we not also “acted hypocritically along with him,“❓

This can be an opportunity for encounters between the Churches in the concreteness of the daily life of cities and neighborhoods, of Parishes and Dioceses or Eparchies.; nevertheless, didn’t the opportunity for praying encounters in the Diocese of Amarillo in regards to the choosing of the location for the new bishop’s residence slam into the concreteness of Bishop Zurek’s “privilege of an exclusive position of power
and separation” that inhibits our ability to, “Go out to all the world, and tell the Good News“❓

Alleluia, alleluia,
In this way, the synodal path is rooted in the experience of the communities. Particular attention should be paid to the possibility of encounter and exchange of gifts between the Churches of Latin tradition and the Eastern Catholic Churches in the diaspora. Study Group 1 is working on this theme“; conversely, isn’t Bishop Zurek working on non-compliance with what “God expects of the Church”, so, instead of “this path of synodality”, is not our path in the Diocese of Amarillo rooted in Bishop Zurek’s experiences that deny praying and believing, “You have received a spirit of adoption as sons through which we cry: Abba! Father!“❓
Alleluia, alleluia

It must be said that some committed and praying Christians, with the excuse of realism and pragmatism, tend to ridicule expressions of concern for the environment“;…

…so, since October is not only Safe Environment Month, but the month for a Synodal Church as well; and since Bishop Zurek is out of compliance with synodality, isn’t it time that I,…

…was praying in a certain place,…“❓
