I know their works and their thoughts…
I will set a sign among them…
to the distant coastlands
that have never heard of my fame, or seen my glory;

as an offering to the LORD…

Praise the LORD, all you nations; Never have we so hurt and mistreated our common home as we have in the last two hundred years; it is now time to glorify him, all you peoples!

For steadfast is his kindness toward us; even though we contrive to feed (our) self-destructive vices: trying not to see them, trying not to acknowledge them, delaying the important decisions and pretending that nothing will happen; and (yet) the fidelity of the LORD endures forever.

I am the way, the truth and the life, says the Lord; and isn’t it true Bishop Zurek, that the Amarillo Diocese made significant progress under Bishop Yanta in respecting life in a human embryo (an unpopular truth in his day); but haven’t you grown popularly entrenched at the barred doors of a Planned Parenthood clinic at 15th and Taylor (which Yanta closed) instead of advancing us to the Father…through the unpopular respect life narrow gate proclaimed by the Holy Father today in regard to climate change?
