Indeed, it belongs to human beings’ dignity to care for the environment, taking particular account of the human ecology that preserves their very existence. #dignitasinfita 28

Discussions are needed in which all those directly or indirectly affected (farmers, consumers, civil authorities, scientists, seed producers, people living near fumigated fields, and others) can make known their problems and concerns, and have access to adequate and reliable information in order to make decisions for the common good, present and future. #laudatosi 42

Isn’t it possible that I, “have not #known either the Father or (His Son)”, if I think, “it belongs to my dignity” to say nothing about my parish priest not caring about once again disrupting the confessional schedule because he decided it would be more for the common good for him to join me and other parishioners at a Sod Poodle baseball game; even though he doesn’t care for baseball and says, “Okay I’ll cancel Wednesday afternoon confessions and go, but I’m just going to be sitting and reading my Kindle.”…

….for although things like mushrooms and Wednesday afternoon confessions may not seem like that big of a deal, are they not part of the human ecology that preserves my very existence… #dignitasinfita 28

…and instead of a selection being made on the basis of the particular interests of a single person, shouldn’t the will of the Father and the Son, as well as all those directly or indirectly affected be #known in order to make decisions for the common good, present and future. … #laudatosi 42

…even if it’s just trampling upon such seemingly insignificant things as Wednesday afternoon confessions and mushrooms❓
