What type of discernment of Canon Law was used to determine that St. Mary’s Cathedral should not repent of its decision to have Daily Mass canceled if there is a funeral Mass the same day❓

As the Synthesis Report of the First Session of the XVI Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops makes clear, discernment is a key element in the pastoral activity of a synodal Church: “It is important that the practice of discernment be exercised also in pastoral settings, in a way adapted to differing contexts, in order to illumine the concreteness of ecclesial life; however, haven’t Father Tony and Bishop Zurek, instead of using, “the art of communal discernment“, used their vocation of the ordained as a call to specialness or power over others by controlling Daily Masses rather than performing the faithful administration of the sacraments on behalf of Christ by discerning that Canon Law does not think it is as important to, “Get up and eat, or the journey will be too long for you“, as it is to not burden priests with carrying the Cross of celebrating the Eucharist more than once a day; thus proclaiming that after a priest has been consecrated by the mystery of the wood of the saving Cross by celebrating the Eucharist once, he not suitable for the use of the spiritual cleansing and of the cup of salvation provided in celebrating the Eucharist again; accordingly he is not eligible for an exception by a law which permits him to celebrate or concelebrate more than once on the same day;…
…so, during this pivotal moment in both American history and the legacy of the Catholic Church during The National Eucharistic Congress, shouldn’t I, “Take care I remain tranquil and do not fear” the form of worldliness that defiles and damages the face of the Lord’s bride [the church] called clericalism;…
…besides, God upholds his city for ever…
…so, Alleluia, alleluia;
since today I hear his voice,
should I not allow the thorn and scourge of Clericalism to use Canon Law to harden my heart and enslave me;
Alleluia, alleluia…
…accordingly, “In calling to mind the figure of Saint Francis of Assisi, shouldn’t I come to realize that a healthy relationship with creation is one dimension of overall personal conversion, which entails the recognition of my errors, sins, faults and failures, and leads to heartfelt repentance and desire to change” St. Mary’s Cathedral’s practice of having Daily Mass canceled if there is a Funeral Mass on the same day, especially since they had not repented❓
