Three years on the road

Will I allow Bishop Zurek’s clericalism to take me aside from the “path of synodality”, even though, “The drafting of this Instrumentum laboris for the Second Session has been done in the light of the answers to the guiding question sent in by most of the Episcopal Conferences (EC) and their continental groupings, the Eastern Catholic Churches, the Dioceses that are not part of an Episcopal Conference, the Dicasteries of the Roman Curia, the Union of Superiors General and the International Union of Superiors General representing consecrated life, as well as the testimonies of experiences and good practices received from all over the world and the observations of almost two hundred groups: university faculties, associations of the faithful, communities and individuals from all over the world.❓
Today’s Office of the Readings
We lose the capacity to realize “I, as a lay person, do not always have all the knowledge”; while it is quite probable that the deacon, priest or bishop has a much fuller picture of what is actually happening.
From a letter from Bishop Patrick J. Zurek to the Faith Community at St. Mary’s Cathedral, Amarillo.

In the way described above, the Instrumentum laboris is rooted in the life of the People of God present throughout the world; however, hasn’t the clericalism of Bishop Zurek made the whole synodal process, “nothing but a whore by abandoning the Lord”; moreover, although, “Two or three times St. Dominic was chosen bishop, but he always refused, preferring to live with his brothers in poverty”, hasn’t Bishop Zurek chosen to let people see that he is, “superior, privileged, placed ‘above’ and therefore separated from the rest of God’s holy people”;…
Today’s First Reading
…still, “All, from least to greatest, shall know me, says the LORD”;…
Today’s Responsorial Psalm
…thus, “Create a clean heart in me, O God”…

Today’s Alleluia
R. Alleluia, alleluia.
…hence, Pope Francis is the successor of, “Peter, and upon this rock I will build my Church,
and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it”;…
R. Alleluia, alleluia.
Today’s Gospel
…likewise, knowing that, “There are regions now at high risk and, aside from all doomsday predictions, the present world system is certainly unsustainable from a number of points of view, for we have stopped thinking about the goals of human activity”; shouldn’t I be aware that the goal of Bishop Zurek’s clericalism is to take me aside from synodality to develop, “an incredible sense of Reverence for the Deacons, Priests and especially for the Bishops“, and isn’t that just another attempt to do as Peter when he was not thinking, “as God does, but as human beings do” and “took Jesus aside“❓
