The shared meaning of synodality
“Synodality, therefore, designates ‘the particular style that qualifies the life and mission of the Church”, a style that starts from listening as the first act of the Church; however, is that the style that Bishop Zurek uses at St. Mary’s Cathedral; nevertheless, even if Bishop Zurek’s style “leads to ‘living authority in the various forms of power, without being aware of duplicity, without humility but with detached and haughty attitudes‘”, is that good reason to leave a, “Faith, which is born from listening to the proclamation of the Good News, lives from listening: listening to the Word of God, listening to the Holy Spirit, listening to one another, listening to the living tradition of the Church and its Magisterium; subsequently, “In the stages of the synodal process“, cannot St. Mary’s Cathedral “once again” experience “what the Scriptures teach: it is only possible to proclaim what one has heard” and consumed, even if Bishop Zurek has lost his “priestly spirit” by “feeding” himself and his own “interests by covering” himself “with a comfortable life”❓

…how can Bishop Zurek’s clericalism be like, “For example, changes in climate, to which animals and plants cannot adapt, lead them to migrate; this in turn affects the livelihood of the poor, who are then forced to leave their homes, with great uncertainty for their future and that of their children“; thus, since I am not being forced, how can I say “yes” to a “great uncertainty for” my “future” when the changes to St. Mary’s Cathedral caused by Bishop Zurek’s “particular style” have me hearing Jesus asking, “Do you also want to leave❓”: wouldn’t that be doing as Bishop Zurek by seeking, instead of the glory of the Lord, human glory and personal well-being“❓
