Am I making “infamous accusations” as one of “‘a few’, emphasis on a few, souls that appear to be quite restless“, or am I in “The service to unity of the Bishop of Rome” by “proclaiming a baptism of #repentance for the forgiveness of sins” in addressing the following issues within places of the Diocese of Amarillo:
- A memorial erected by a convicted pedophile priest in honor of a bishop who made the “serious mistake” of granting that priest “a second chance,” a decision that ultimately led to the destruction of the innocence of youth.
- A letter that remains on the diocesan website—a letter rebuking “a few” who reported abuse at St. Mary’s Cathedral—casting them aside instead of pursuing justice, healing and reconciliation.
- The abortion of daily Masses at St. Mary’s Cathedral, justified under the guise of fostering “an incredible sense of Reverence for the…Priests and especially for the Bishops“, effectively weaponizing the Eucharist as a tool of power and control—excluding or exiling of members of His Body.
- The construction of a second bishop’s residence, symbolically reinforcing hierarchical dominance and seemingly designed to “put our next bishop in his place” before his arrival.
In other words, am I the reason why “our country is in dire straits”, or is my speaking out about these matters in alignment with today’s Gospel, Luke 3: 1-6❓
XVI ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY
OF THE SYNOD OF BISHOPS
How to be a missionary synodal Church
Instrumentum laboris
Part III – Places
The service to unity of the Bishop of Rome
105-106.

Bishop Zurek, for his part, called what Matthiesen did a ‘serious mistake,’ yet the memorial still remains.”
Since, “The already mentioned Apostolic Constitution Praedicate Evangelium has shaped the Roman Curia’s service to the Bishop of Rome and the College of Bishops in a synodal and missionary way”, and “To support transparency and accountability,” with a “periodic evaluation of its work…be undertaken and entrusted to an independent body (such as the Council of Cardinals and/or a council of bishops elected by the Synod)” —much like “Study Group 8 is” which is now examining the role of the Pontifical Representatives from a synodal missionary perspective —shouldn’t a memorial erected by convicted pedophile priest in honor of a bishop who made the “serious mistake” of granting him “a second chance“—a decision that ultimately led to the destruction of innocence, also be subjected to such a process, so that needed repentance can take place and we may hear the call to “take off your robe of mourning and misery“❓

Therefore, because “The synodal Assembly of October 2023 indicated the need to proceed to an evaluation of the fruits of the First Session (cf. SR 20j),” and “This evaluation” done without ignoring “the development enacted by the Apostolic Constitution Episcopalis Communio, which transforms the Synod from an occasional event to an ecclesial process that extends in space and time;” shouldn’t the concerns of “a few” who reported clergy abuse at St. Mary’s Cathedral, —rather than being dismissed as less than “faithful and loyal disciples that the Lord Jesus desires” —have been treated not as an isolated event but as the beginning of an extended process of repentance that could lead us to proclaim, “The Lord has done great things for us; we are filled with joy.“❓
Nevertheless, Among the places to practice synodality and collegiality at the level of the whole Church, the Synod of Bishops–Instituted by Paul VI as an Assembly of Bishops convoked to participate, in a conciliar manner, in the care of the Roman Pontiff for the whole Church,” —is “now, in the form of the process by stages, the sphere where the dynamic relationship between synodality, collegiality, and primacy is realized and…fostered“, and cannot this dynamic relationship also bring about the repentance needed so “that the one who began a good work in you will continue to complete it until the day of Christ Jesus“❓

Alleluia, alleluia, “The entire holy People of God, the bishops who have been entrusted with its individual portions, and the Bishop of Rome as the principle of unity of the Church participate fully in the Synodal Process, each according to their own function,” so shouldn’t “This participation…made manifest by the synodal Assembly gathered around the Bishop of Rome, which, in its composition, shows forth the variety and universality of the Church as “the sacrament of unity, the holy people drawn into an ordered whole under the bishops” (SC 26).” also address decisions such as the aborting of the daily Eucharist at St. Mary’s Cathedral—for the sake of the priests’ health and spirituality—as a way of bringing about a repentance that confirms , “The LORD is our Judge, our Lawgiver, our King; he it Prepare the way of the Lord, make straight his paths: all flesh shall see the salvation of God.is who will save us.“❓
Alleluia, alleluia

Finally, In calling to mind the figure of Saint Francis of Assisi, do I come to the realization that a healthy relationship with creation is one dimension of an overall personal conversion—entailing the recognition of my errors, sins, faults, and failures, leading to heartfelt repentance and desire to change the places and a desire to change places that do not seem to be in “The service to unity of the Bishop of Rome” because of “sins against synodality“—the very sins that now place our new bishop in a position where he must “Just Say NO❣️” to being “put in his place” and instead proclaim, like St. John the Baptist:
“…proclaiming a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins, …‘”❓

– Prince Don Fabrizio Salina: Confession? It’s not Saturday.
– Father Pirrone: Listen to me. Come to confession.
– Prince Don Fabrizio Salina: There’s no need. You know it all already.
– Father Pirrone: The power of confession lies not only in telling our sins, but in repentance.”
Romolo Valli – Father Pirrone
Burt Lancaster – Prince Don Fabrizio Salina
In calling to mind the figure of Saint Francis of Assisi, we come to realize that a healthy relationship with creation is one dimension of overall personal conversion, which entails the recognition of our errors, sins, faults and failures, and leads to heartfelt repentance and desire to change.
