…and over the years since, though it is not for me to say whether or not The Lord gave me a seat with the leaders, was there any doubt in my mind that at St. Mary’s Parish I was in my nest with my peeps …
…and even now, as St. Mary’s Cathedral becomes more and more a reflection of its pastor, Bishop Zurek, and I question whether or not my parish can bear fruit that will last, if I am not comfortable, am I not at least at peace at the Church that I chose, (or was chose for me), and has been both a nest and a “field hospital for the vulnerable“❓…
