Memorial of Saints John de Brébeuf and Isaac Jogues, Priests, and Companions, Martyrs

Defrocked priest and convicted pedophile John Salazar raised this memorial in honor of Bishop Matthiesen who said, after Salazar was convicted of abusing youth in our diocese, “I was never sorry, that I went against the Diocese of Los Angeles’s warnings that I should not hire Salazar because he was ‘seriously disordered’ and his hiring was putting parishioners and the church ‘at grave risk.'” Bishop Zurek would later call it a “serious mistake”, but the memorial still remains.

Am I like Frank Pavone whom Bishop Zurek had defrocked for “blasphemous communications on social media“;…

…indeed, I truly believe Bishop Zurek’s laicization of Pavone was the work of the Holy Spirit, and although as laity I cannot be defrocked, haven’t I’ve been banned by Bishop Zurek from ministry in the Diocese of Amarillo for my social media communications;…

…so, would it not be hypocritical for me to believe that I am not “one who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit” with my “persistent disobedience of lawful instructions from (my) diocesan bishop” as well…

…therefore, will I be forgiven:…

…for my posts that blasphemes Bishop Zurek’s non-removal of a memorial raised by a convicted pedophile priest for a bishop who made a “serious mistake“;…

…for the blasphemes I utter about the continued posting on the diocesan website of a letter by Bishop Zurek which denounces “a few” for their accusations of abuse at St. Mary’s Cathedral, even after their accusations were proven true;…

…for blasphemes against the spirit that led Bishop Zurek to build a bishop’s residence without any consultation from the people of God (especially the bishop for whom Bishop Zurek had it built) and which have led to me to blasphemously pray that our new bishop, “Just Says No”, to living in the house built by Zurek ❓

From Luke 12: 8-12

XVI ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY

OF THE SYNOD OF BISHOPS
How to be a missionary synodal Church
Instrumentum laboris
Part II – Pathways
An integral and shared formation
54.

A synodal Church in mission is grounded in the ability to listen, which requires recognising that no one is self-sufficient in the Church’s mission and that everyone has a contribution to offer and something to learn from others. Formation in listening is, therefore, an essential initial requirement.“; however, who is Bishop Zurek listening to when he allows a “serious mistake” to be blasphemously memorialized, criticizes those who report abuse, or literally “puts a brother bishop in his place” before he even arrives; consequently, should not these things give me reason to cry out as St. John de Brébeuf did in today’s Office❓

“My God, it grieves me greatly that you are not known, that in this savage wilderness all have not been converted to you, that sin has not been driven from it.”

From the spiritual diaries of St John de Brébeuf

The practice of conversation in the Spirit has made it possible to experience how listening to the Word of God and our brothers and sisters can be woven together and how this dynamic gradually opens one up to listening to the voice of the Spirit. Many contributions have been received that insist on the importance of formation in this method.“; accordingly, are my communications on social media blasphemies or an attempt at “conversation in the Spirit” which, “may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation resulting in knowledge of him.“❓

The Church has a diverse range of methods for listening, dialogue, and discernment, arising from diverse cultures and spiritual traditions. It is important to promote formation in this plurality of methods as well as dialogue between them in local contexts.“; conversely, since there are little or no methods available for me to dialogue with Bishop Zurek, am I not left with the single method of social media which Bishop Zurek considers blasphemous; even so, how can all social media communication be evil to you, God, since, “You have given your Son rule over the works of your hands.“❓

Alleluia, alleluia,
A key point in this regard is listening to people who experience various types of poverty and marginalization. Many local Churches report that they feel unprepared for this task and express the need for specific formation. This is one of the points entrusted to the work of Study Group 2.“; subsequently, is not the reason why I write these social media communications daily be not to utter blasphemies, but so as, “The Spirit of truth will testify to me, says the Lord, and you also will testify.“❓
Alleluia, alleluia

In the absence of a proportionate good, the indiscriminate use of lower creation may constitute a sin of abuse, a species of theft, and in some instances, a kind of blasphemy against the Creator.

FROM The Treasure of Laudato Si’ By Christopher J. Thompson

…so, should I not continue to pray that our new bishop, says yes for a “Shared Mission” by “Just Saying NO❣️” to living in a house that Zurek built with sins against synodality because that’s what the Holy Spirit is calling me to do and…

“...the one who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit
will not be forgiven.“❓
